Latham takes recruitment message to Cape Cod radio listeners

Cape Cod Broadcasting Media is helping us bring Latham Centers’ recruitment message to the airwaves! We started a new online campaign on CCB Media’s CapeCod.com in August and beginning this week on 99.9 WQRC, you might hear two familiar Latham voices talking about growing a career and making a difference at Latham.

In the radio spot, Human Resources Representative Betty Gray tells WQRC listeners, “We’re Hiring! At Latham Centers, we’ve been making a difference in the lives of children and adults with developmental disabilities, including Prader-Willi syndrome, for almost fifty years…” Then Amy Smith, a member of our Adult Services Team, talks about how her overnight schedule has worked well for her family. “I have the flexibility to be home during the day, saving on childcare expenses. Working these shifts has given me the chance to attend school functions, concerts, teacher conferences, and best of all, volunteer for field trips and classroom time. Latham is a great fit for any parent’s schedule. Family comes first, and Latham supports that belief.”
