Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)

The Incredible Work of our Direct Support Professionals

Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) play a crucial role in supporting and assisting individuals with their daily activities, personal care, and overall well-being. They are trained to provide a safe and nurturing environment, promote independence, and implement individualized support plans. These professionals work closely with individuals and a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care and support. Around the clock in our Children’s and Adult Services Programs, Latham’s DSPs make a profound difference in the lives of the individuals we serve.
