Year-end gratitude for Latham’s expanding vocational opportunities

Our December pop-up boutique featuring the handiwork of Latham’s adult crafters was a wonderful year-end event for Latham’s expanding Vocational Services Program. For five of our adult residents with artistic talents and interests, crafting has become more than a hobby – it’s part of their career plans. Our gracious host of the holiday craft sale, Agway of South Dennis, is one of many area businesses who generously helps Latham Centers achieve our community inclusion and job placement goals. Creating these rewarding opportunities for our residents is also due to the tireless commitment of Latham’s Vocational Services Director Maura Smith and our fantastic staff – from residential managers to direct support professionals to administrative staff members (Sheri Peterson and Kristin Albano). Thank you all!
