Tip of the week: Back to school sleep schedule

Back to school is right around the corner. Now would be a good time to start easing your child into the school year bedtime and wake up schedule. Starting slowly to go to bed and wake up earlier is much easier than forcing that routine the day before school starts. It will make for an easier transition for everyone.
