Students Dream Big and Learn Big at Dream

Every summer, Dream Day on Cape Cod invites the Latham students to visit their campground for a day of fun. On Monday, July 11th, the Latham students traveled to Nickerson State Park in their home down of Brewster to enjoy a day of fun outdoor activities.

The activities planned included archery, fishing, canoeing, arts and crafts, and campfire songs. The students traveled within groups to each activity and were able to participate with both Latham and Dream Day staff. After being engaged in archery, fishing, canoeing, and arts and crafts, students and staff enjoyed a delicious picnic lunch provided by the Dream Day staff. At the conclusion of lunch, everyone sat around a campfire and sang silly songs. What started as a rainy day, ended with beautiful sunshine and there were many happy students!

Thank you Dream Day for such an awesome outside adventure day- we had a blast!
