Staff Spotlight: Adult Services recognitions (Part 2)
September 24, 2019
Latham’s Adult Services Program works hard to recognize staff members for a job well done. Through this blog series, we’re sharing a glimpse of the positive feedback. In today’s “Part 2” of the series, Residential Manager Patricia Morgan gives a shout-out to her team at Peter Cooper:
“I would love to recognize all the ladies who keep Peter Cooper rolling! Maeve, Kat, Debra, Liz, Krysta, Mindy… sometimes being so far away, we can get lost in the shuffle. I appreciate everything they do! Peter Cooper staff make it a point to get our individuals out into the community every single shift. Our residents are well-known members of our community due to the dedication of the staff here. Whether it’s community walks downtown, or Garden Club activities, Wigwam activites at the church, or YMCA activities, our residents have worked hard at becoming participating members of our community. They are able to do so because of our staff. Also, our staff work hard at making sure our residents get their daily exercise in so that they are able to maintain healthy lifestyles. Staff are truly dedicated to making sure our residents’ lives are as full as possible.”
