One of the things that helps create our warm, collaborative work culture at Latham Centers is the extra effort our staff members put into recognizing one another for exceptional work. One email from Residential Supervisor Laura Haskew to the entire 135-person Children’s Program staff speaks volumes. With a simple caption, “Recognitions,” she compiled just a few weeks of positive feedback. What a perfect way to say “thanks!”
