Rain doesn’t stop our Latham Hawks!

On August 4th, the Latham Hawks played an incredible dodgeball game against the Children’s Program Staff. Despite the light rain, Latham students said the game MUST go on and charged out to the field at 3:30, excited and prepared. Not surprisingly, the students beat the staff 3-0. Danny Anderson, Residential Activities Coordinator, said the student teamwork was truly impressive. “Everyone was smiling, and many normally cautious kiddos got very involved and did great. On August 18, 2021, we will host a staff vs. students Capture the Flag, and people are already talking about it!”

Thank you to Danny, one of our amazing staff members (and congratulations on your recent promotion to Residential Activities Coordinator!)  Danny works with the Residential Program staff and students to create games and activities that are loved by all, encouraging teamwork, physical fitness, and fun!
