PWS Tip of the Week: A new year doesn’t have to mean a new you
January 14, 2022
Especially for our Latham staff, families and friends, and greater PWS Community:
It can be very challenging to see and hear about all of the resolutions people have made for the new year. If you are just getting by, just making it through the day, that is OK. Give yourself permission to just keep going, without the added pressure of having to be better than you already are. You are good enough right now, and if you get through every day, then you are already a success! Be kind to yourself. These are hard times and what you are doing and giving is enough. Happy New Year!
