Valentine’s Day was a success on Campus! Once school time ended students were given Valentine’s Day Goody Bags, containing temporary tattoos and crayons, along with other fun holiday give-a-ways. After participating in Suite activities, students could no longer contain their excitement! The first group of 25 students entered into the cheerfully decorated Dining Room at 4:15pm. Students were served a four course meal starting with Pan Fried Salmon Cakes with Remoulade, and ending with Vanilla Parfait with Red Raspberries. Staff ranging from Anne McManus, CEO, to Kalyn Mika, Clinician, served the students, just as if they were in a restaurant.
It’s a special day on campus that the students look forward to annually. Just take it from Chris, who said, “This has been my favorite meal of my favorite day!”
