As we start 2016, this year is full of new beginnings, healthy choices, and goals. The Centers for Disease Control and prevention have put together some helpful and healthy tips to keep in mind.  
1. Review Family Health History and schedule an appointment for updated vaccinations/screenings.
(remember to bring a list of questions and medical issues)
2. Be active (Take stairs instead of elevators.) During colder days consider mall walking, or joining a gym.
3. Get Enough Sleep
4. Protect Yourself from Injury by wearing Helmets/seat belts, sunscreen, and insect repellent.
5. Wash Your Hands to prevent the spread of infection.
Please use these tips as a tool for yourself, work, family, and friends.  Devise a list of goals and try new things.
