New PSA by Cape Media Center features Shared Living Program

We’re so grateful to the Cape Media Center for producing a new Public Service Announcement to raise awareness about our growing Shared Living program. Narrated by Manager of Shared Living Caren Richards, the one-minute video includes wonderful photos given to us by Shared Living providers as well as Latham staff and program participants.

In Shared Living, an individual is carefully matched with a caring provider who shares their home, gives individualized support, and earns a monthly stipend for their services. Each Shared Living placement is uniquely tailored to meet the needs and interests of the individual with developmental disabilities.

The PSA is available on Latham Centers’ website (What We Do / Shared Living); on our Latham Youtube page; and on C3TV (Comcast Channel 99) serving the towns of Barnstable, Yarmouth, Dennis, Harwich, and Chatham.
