People with PWS may present with uneven skills. It is common for there to be a large gap between competencies, making standardized testing difficult and not a good reflection of overall abilities. Don’t get stuck on the numbers from testing. Instead, build up their strengths and make a plan to slowly and steadily tackle their challenge areas.
