May 26th PWS Awareness Tip & Fact of the Day by Lily

Music has a powerful effect on mood, and this is especially true for the child and adult with PWS. Dancing is a great exercise and can be used to help with transitional times. Soothing music can help maintain focus and regulate moods. Today is the 26th day of PWS Awareness Month.
