Latham welcomes two returning board members

Latham Centers welcomes two new members to our Board of Directors: Amy Carroll of Barnstable and Kathryn Earle of Cohasset.

Ms. Carroll graduated from Colby-Sawyer College with a degree in Child Development, and holds a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling Psychology from Lesley University.  She has worked with students with special needs for more than fifteen years; she worked at Latham Centers as an intern and teacher’s aide and currently works at the Riverview School as Assistant Director of Programs and Day Student Liaison.  Ms. Carroll is the sister of an individual in Latham’s Adult Services Program. She previously served on the Latham Board from 2009 through 2016; she has served as Board Chair and was a member of the Advocacy, Finance, and Public Relations Committees.

Ms. Earle is Principal and Senior Consultant at Touchstone Advisors of Cohasset and specializes in executive leadership development, alignment and integration of business (or mission) strategy, corporate culture and organizational systems, and the leveraging of diversity for strategic advantage. She holds a degree in Psychology from Smith College.  Ms. Earle previously served as Board Chair and was a member of the Finance, Audit, and Nominating Committees.

On this Labor Day holiday, we extend a special thanks to our board members and other volunteers who donate their time and talents to Latham.
