What do you enjoy most about your job?
What I enjoy most about my job is the diversity; one minute I’m helping a student in the class and the next I’m working with a child in crisis. It makes the day just fly by.  I also appreciate the camaraderie between staff. It is a very cohesive group which support one another.
Describe a few of your responsibilities and how you spend much of your time.
My responsibilities are aiding the teacher in the classroom and helping to keep the class flowing so learning can take place. I also complete the lunch orders, have bathroom duty, keep track of student’s points for the day and complete Theraps at the end of the day.  To me my most important job is to help the students be the best that they can be.
