Latham Hawks place second in state flag football tournament

The Latham Hawks flag football team completed their season last month with a second-place victory at the Special Olympics State Tournament! The kids did a great job the entire day — despite frigid temperatures and playing on a field covered with snow. Congratulations to our Latham School students on a job well done!

Special thanks to Anne McManus for coming to root the team on and braving the cold weather with us! And as always, thank you to the Kitchen and Nursing teams for preparing for the event, as well as the coaches (Lauren, Sadie, Matt, Danny, Jadon, Frannie, and Victoria) for a great season!
