Happy Valentine’s Day from the Residents of Latham Centers

The students at Latham Centers are excited about their day today! They are starting their day by attending classes, as per usual. After school lets out the students are going to participate in an on-campus dance party hosted in the Hawk’s Nest. Then students will go to dinner, where Chef Paul and his staff have put together a delicious menu. Check out the menu below! Finally, the students will make Valentine’s and focus on Valentine’s themed crafts from 6:15-7:00!

Latham Campus Valentine’s Day Dinner Menu

-Pan Fried Salmon Cakes with Remoulade

-Mesclun Salad with Cucumbers, Beets, Carrots and Champagne Vinaigrette

-Grilled Flank Steak with Roasted Garlic Demi-Glace, Grilled Asparagus, and Roasted Leek Risotto

-Vanilla Parfait with Red Raspberries
