Our Latham Hawks flag football team played in the Special Olympics games at Raynham High School recently. The trip is always fun for staff and students. In the first game, the Hawks went against the Heller’s Angels Eagles, and the ending game result was a tie, 24 to 24. In the second game against the Hockomock Destroyers, the Hawks took the loss, but as quoted by Daniel Anderson, “The Hawks put up a fight the entire time.” The Hawks defense was nonetheless unstoppable.
