Children’s Craft Fair inspires holiday cheer and a charitable donation

At the Children’s Program Winter Craft Fair last Thursday, we sold $539.50 worth of student creations in just two hours! This is a staggering number, and is due in large part to the work that so many of our staff members did with our students to make it happen. Half of this money will be rolled back into the Vocational Department so that they can continue to create opportunities for our students. The other half will be donated to a charity selected by student vote (after the holiday break). If you missed the craft fair this year, you missed a lot of really great products that our students have been making while working in the Vocational department! Our Craft Fair photo collage shows just a few of the specialty items and cheerful moments.
