Anne McManus joins ADDP panel on human services collaborations

On May 9, 2019 at the annual Association of Developmental Disabilities Providers (ADDP) Conference in Worcester, Anne McManus and the CEOs of other Cape agencies participated in a panel discussion on their innovative collaborations. Anne was joined by David Botting, President of Community Connections, Inc.; Jonathan Sproul, CEO of CapeAbilities; and Rob Sponberg, Executive Director of the ARC of Cape Cod. The panel focused on the work of the Cape Cod Disability Network and the various collaborations and benefits that each agency has gained from these affiliations.  The workshop was attended by roughly 60 human services professionals and covered areas including leadership mentoring, procurement, and maximization of resources. The Cape Cod Disability Network has been in operation since 1995; Latham was one of the founding organizations. The network’s mission is to promote Cape agencies and their work serving individuals with special needs.
