A sincere HAPPY NEW YEAR from our students to our entire Latham family

Our Latham Centers New Year’s celebration in the Children’s Program was superbly fun, with students participating in a variety of activities. Even though we didn’t stay up until midnight, we enjoyed the morning through evening, with events ranging from crafts to dancing during our mock ball drop. Taylor Burns, Assistant Residential Director, worked diligently to create the following program:
NYE Crafts: 11-lunch
Students and staff created and decorated their own countdown clock and pipe cleaner firework rings! Supplies and demonstration were provided to each suite.
NEW YEAR’S BINGO: 2pm
NYE Kids Countdown: 5pm
The students joined one another in the Hawks Nest, our indoor recreational space, for a New Year’s Eve countdown on the big screen. Everyone stuck around for a dance party to celebrate the New Year!
