Speakers and panelists will include attorneys, legislators and advocates from nonprofit agencies who work on behalf of children with disabilities. Topics covered will include the upcoming Supreme Court case considering Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE), the re-authorization of Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), formerly known as No Child Left Behind (NCLB), and the potential effects on Special Education Policies and practices here in Massachusetts.
