An exciting new project manager position has just been announced at Latham Centers! The Workforce Development Project Manager (APPLY NOW!) will plan and implement a new Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) Workforce funding project as part of a multi-disciplinary team here at Latham.

This full-time position will collaborate with Human Resources, Training, Program staff, and Marketing/Communications team members on an innovative Workforce Development Project. Components include:

      • Expanded Training, Education, and Credentialing;

      • Mentorships;

      • Marketing and Outreach; and

      • Data Collection and Analytics.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and skillsets:

      • organizational and workforce development experience (ideally in human services);

      • community outreach experience;

      • experience managing staff and motivating teams;

      • data analytics and project management experience;

      • budget management and expense tracking experience;

      • fluency in English (speaking and writing)

      • professionalism, cooperation, ability to listen, and time-management skills; and

      • experience working with people with disabilities is a plus.
