Endless fun-in-the-sun at Latham School Field Day

The smiles and laughter lasted for hours at Friday afternoon’s Field Day at the Latham campus. Highlights included relay races (while balancing cones of water on their heads), tug-of-war (with eager participation by a beloved Brewster police officer); squirt-gun fun (staff got a good soaking); an all-school dance routine; and a surprise staff relay competition in the giant inflatable. (Watch Monique vs. Brittni in the video clip below!) The weather couldn’t have been better at our Brewster campus; students and staff enjoyed cooling off at the squirt gun station. Event organizer Monique Williams, Health and Physical Education Teacher, didn’t seem to mind the celebratory water-bucket dump over her head to thank her for a great afternoon. Field Day was the culmination of a spectacular Spirit Week at Latham School.
