Diana Morgan helps Latham achieve its event fundraising goals

We’d like to warmly welcome consultant Diana Morgan, whose experience and desire to provide a voice for local non-profits is furthering Latham’s fundraising efforts. Diana works with Latham Centers’ staff and diverse members of the local community on several of Latham’s major fundraising events, helping to expand our circle of community partners.

It was Diana’s passion for working with the community that brought her to Latham, she said. “It is such an honor to be part of the team at Latham Centers. I’m enjoying sharing with the community Latham’s successes in providing guidance and education to families and helping individuals lead their best lives. I’m also excited about sharing Latham’s story and benefits of its asinotherapy (donkey therapy) program. As an animal lover, I am thrilled to help bring awareness to this form of therapy.”

Diana has extensive experience planning and executing events—both for non-profits and large corporations. Her marketing and project management background will help us reach out to the community to share the amazing work Latham is doing and how the community can be a part of it and help. Diana is busy planning for the Falmouth Road Race and the Latham Golf Classic. Every summer, Latham has a team of runners participate in the Falmouth Road Race’s Numbers for Nonprofits Program. Diana said the 2018 team of twelve is training for the 7-mile run on Sunday, August 19th, and our collaborative fundraising efforts are underway. Preparations for Latham’s 9th Annual Charity Golf Classic have also begun, and we’re looking forward to another fun day sharing our mission with local businesses and individuals. Save the date for Monday, October 15th at Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club – more details will be announced this summer.

Latham Centers is fortunate to have such a talented fundraising professional working with us! If you’d like to volunteer to help with — or donate to — upcoming Latham fundraising events, please contact Diana at dmorgan@lathamcenters.org.
