Cape Pediatric & Family Dentistry honored with Roy T. Morgan Award

Latham Centers’ Roy T. Morgan Award was presented to Cape Pediatric & Family Dentistry for their outstanding contribution and commitment to our students. At last week’s Year End Celebration, Director of Education Brittni Kliment presented the award to Dr. Chendi Xu of Cape Pediatric & Family Dentistry.  The Roy T. Morgan Award is the highest honor that Latham Centers can bestow upon members of the community. Brittni’s words of congratulations and thanks follow:

“Every year, Latham recognizes a member of the community who has dedicated their services, time, and enthusiasm to help Latham students grow as independently as possible. This year, it is our pleasure to present this award to Cape Pediatric & Family Dentistry, an outstanding member of our community who has helped our students thrive as individuals in their vocational placements. This organization has embraced our mission for the students here at Latham, and has created an extremely trusting relationship with our students to help them succeed to their full potential. I continue to be amazed by the feedback presented to me with regard to our students quickly adapting and developing authentic social skills in an unfamiliar setting. This dentistry practice has provided two of our students with the opportunity to work at their office. Over the course of this first year, everyone at Cape Pediatric & Family Dentistry has made every effort to ensure our students are welcomed into the workplace and are always provided with job tasks that fit their needs. Thank you for providing our students with an incredible opportunity to grow. We cannot wait to see our students continue to grow at your office in the future!”
