Latham publishes new Living Healthy with Prader-Willi Syndrome Cookbook

Latham Centers is excited to announce the publication of its first cookbook entitled Living Healthy with Prader-Willi Syndrome Cookbook and Nutrition Tips. Written for the Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS) community, the cookbook is a complete resource for planning nutritious, delicious meals for individuals with PWS. Highlights include tips and advice from experts in the field including articles on physical fitness, nutrition, and meal planning. Popular Latham menu items are presented in an easy-to-follow format, and a seven-day meal plan for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks lists serving sizes based on varied calorie counts. The “LivingHealthy” cookbook also includes holiday meal preparation tips and an informative article about dysphagia and gastroparesis—significant risks for individuals diagnosed with PWS.
