Community Outing: Brewster Post Office
July 25, 2013
Today we had yet another community based outing, this time to the Brewster Post Office. The kids got a guided tour by Postmaster Ken Flemming and learned some fun facts including that the first Postmaster General was Ben Franklin, that Abe Lincoln was a Postmaster as well and that mail carriers in Florida deliver mail on bicycles! The kids were engaging and had a great time. Thanks to the staff who assisted with the trip and once again. Take a look at our pictures if you like.
