It was a sunny fall afternoon and the Latham Hawks were ready. The team looked quite smart in their blue and white uniforms and played with intensity and grace. Every person on the team gave their all and they showed great team work and good sportsmanship throughout.
The Hawks played a couple games and at the end of the tournament came away with a victory against the “Gators.” Latham had its own cheering section with parents and staff on hand to encourage them from the sidelines. Special acknowledgement goes to staffers Frannie, Monique, Jake, Dominic, and Jamie who supported the team throughout.
